Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThe meditation with the stone today was powerful for me. One thing it helped me see is that remembering helps keep my perspective in balance.
I’m one to lose sleep over things when they’re occurring. The issue that’s kept me up for the past week seems big, and may turn out that way, but I realized it’s unlikely that it would make my list of “5 events” years from now. Suddenly, that little stone in my hand felt much heavier than what’s been weighing on me all week.
Thanks for the message today, Dave. I really needed that.
