This blog can be used for that, though it looks like there hasn't been a ton of activity here, so it would probably be easier to have a real discussion in another space. We frequently have discussion time after the service to talk about the service; the "pub-nights" are also intended to be a discussion forum, though perhaps you may have some objection to attending one of those. If you'd prefer to discuss one-on-one, I'm sure anyone on the staff or leadership team would be happy to talk about the considerations you've raised. One thing it helped me see is that remembering helps keep my perspective in balance. I'm one to lose sleep over things when they're occurring. The issue that's kept me up for the past week seems big, and may turn out that way, but I realized it's unlikely that it would make my list of "5 events" years from now. Yes, I've celebrated their lives through the years. But, recently, I've not celebrated the beauty of their lives and the excitement of watching them become men. But I do have a seperate commet that's a general. I am surprised and frankly offput about what I perceive as a presence of alcohol. What about the alcoholics that come for a safe environment. Additionally, I am concerned about the events that include alcohol where people will be driving home afterwards. I think that these cconsiderations merit some time for consideration.
